We’re a 501 (c)3 organization dedicated to promoting the continuation and diversification of the rural community in Middle Tennessee by removing land from the real estate financial investment model and re-aligning land holding with stewardship. In doing so we aim to protect waterways and natural habitats while maintaining infrastructure for the long-term health of the natural community.
Our goal is to make land and housing available for very low and low income people, those who face barriers to land ownership, and community organizations that benefit low income people.
